Expo to advise on how to become more environmentally friendly

The 4th annual Sustainability Expo will be taking place in St. Cloud in just over a month’s time.

This year, there are expected to be over 2,000 participants in the expo, as well as more than 75 exhibitors and vendors. There will also be interactive exhibits, family friendly activities, and food vendors.

Among the exhibitors will be the City of St. Cloud, which will be showcasing some of its green initiatives designed to make the city more sustainable in the future. There will also be local environmental organizations on hand to provide information, and vendors selling the latest in green products.

Booths can be rented for various prices: $50 for non-profit organizations, $75 for a business with fewer than 10 employees, and $100 for any other business. Sponsorships are also available from $30 to $1,000. The lowest sponsorship level gives the sponsor a chance to add promotional items to the goody bags that everyone attends will receive.

Many of the promotional items required by vendors or sponsors can be provided by St. Cloud printing services companies. These items can include postcards, fridge magnets, pens, and keyrings.

The Sustainability Expo is being held at the Rivers Edge Convention Center on April 27 from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. To learn more about the expo, call 320-255-7218.
