Ham Lake businesses are getting involved with winter celebrations

Though there are a lot of things taking place each year in Ham Lake Minnesota, perhaps the most exciting event taking place for kids is going to be the visiting of Santa Claus. All day from December 1st, 2011 to December 3rd, 2011, Santa Claus will be going around Ham Lake and capturing children’s imaginations the way he always does. Even so, the 2011 holiday festivities are not just for the youngsters. Businesses will have another chance to join in the celebration of both Christmas and winter through the Chamber.

In late November, plans for the 6th Ham Lake Snowbowl will be officially underway. If this year’s event is anything like last year’s, there will be lots of fun for the whole family involved. Featuring special events such as Dog Sled rides, Medallion Hunts, and the Snowball Dance among others, Ham Lake’s business community will once again be able to participate in this community effort through both sponsorship and participation. The opportunity for increased visibility will likely have Ham Lake’s print companies busy once the flyer printing and posters are underway.

Whether planning to provide financial support or to offer time and supplies to this year’s winter and holiday festivities, companies have a lot of things working in their favor this year. This is all without mentioning the upcoming Ham Lake Chamber of Commerce Holiday Party that’ll be taking place December 14th, 2011. In the same way that the little ones will be able to experience Christmas early this year, local businesses have a unique opportunity to interact with customers during and after the holidays.
