Anoka County Fair kicks off July 24

Ham Lake residents will be able to come out and participate in a few community events this month with the Anoka Riverfest & Craft Fair coming up, as well as the Anoka County Fair.
Things get interesting this Sunday, July 14, with the “14th Annual Anoka Riverfest & Craft Fair.”. Being hosted through the efforts of the Anoka Area Chamber, people will be hard-pressed to find a bigger Craft Fair within the vicinity of the Twin Cities. With more than 100 sellers expected to be present, along with plenty of live entertainment and food, there will be few dull moments taking place during this event. Starting at 9:00 am and continuing up until 5:00 pm, people can drop by whenever it suits them.
Speaking of occasions that the whole family can enjoy, the Anoka County Fair will also be taking place from July 24 – 29. Starting at 10:00 am every morning, the turnout is expected to number in the thousands. Featuring bull riding, motocross racing, and additional shows going on besides, this is another chance for residents to come out and have a good time. Since this will be taking place over the course of several days, it is clear that people will have multiple opportunities to take in the sights.
With banner printing, flyer printing, poster printing, and possibly even items like stationery printing being put to use this month, printing companies will undoubtedly have their hands full providing different printing services ahead of both the Craft Fair and the County Fair.
