Bloomington Chamber hosting annual Bloomington Gala January 28th

January 4, 2012 by

The Bloomington Chamber will be hosting the Annual Bloomington Gala on January 28th, 2012 and once again local business owners will have an opportunity to sponsor the event.

As it stands, there are a wide range of ways that Bloomington businesses can provide financial backing for the gala while getting a little name recognition at the same time. Companies can commit to “The Fonz” level of sponsorship for as little as $500 all the way to “Elvis the King” for $5,000. While the “Elvis” has been officially sold out at this stage, there are still slots open for corporate table sponsorships and additional backing.

Since Gala sponsorship comes with additional promotional opportunities such as logos, printed material, and even signs, the printing services of professional print companies will likely be used for this event. For those who aren’t looking at being sponsors however, individual tickets are selling for $80.

With this year’s theme being dubbed as “Prom ‘54”, the Bloomington Gala will pay tribute to feature a silent auction, entertainment, and wonderful food while paying tribute to a great decade.

Taken from the website:

“The 1950’s was a decade on the move. Elvis was rockin’. Sputnik was orbiting. Suburbs like Bloomington were bursting with growth. And baby boomers were exploding into their teenage years across America.

Relive those glorious days as the Bloomington Chamber presents Prom ’54!”

As per usual, the proceeds of the event are going towards the programs and services offered by various Bloomington Chamber members. Residents and professionals are encouraged to come out and enjoy the evening.
