Artisans Marketplace returns for second event

On the weekend of March 31st and April 1st, the 2nd Annual Indiana Artisan Marketplace will be held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds located at located at 1202 East 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.
This event is being held in the Expo Hall and will take place Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm. Print companies have no doubt been working overtime with flyer printing, ticket printing, and stationery printing projects to ensure all is ready for this great event.
This year’s exhibition and sale will feature the artwork of more than 180 artisans from 50 Indiana counties. This is a juried event, so artisans had to earn their entrance into the exhibition. At this event you will find weavers, winemakers, cheese makers, jewelry, painters, potters, and other fine artisans. These are all Indiana’s finest artisans and craftsmen. Seventy-five artisans from the Kentucky area will also be displaying artwork and the food for this event will be from the best of the best in both Indiana and Kentucky.
At this event, visitors will be able to purchase a one of a kind piece of artwork and food directly from the artisans who make it. These artisans will be doing some demonstrations so stop by their booths and watch them work. Besides viewing the artwork, visitors can listen to live music, participate in drinking tasting and food sampling. This is a great event for the whole family.
