Staycation fun offered to Warrenville kids

March 30, 2014 by

This year, a Spring Break Staycation has been organized for children between the ages of three and twelve years old, and is packed with fun activities carrying little or no cost. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The organizers of the event may have used services like poster and flyer printing to share the activity with parents across the region.

The programme will last throughout the school spring break period and will feature a number of great activities. Children will enjoy a find-the-object scavenger hunt, a fun and interactive story time, swimming in the open pool, participating in challenges at the open gym, a variety of movies, and some fun music and art workshops.

All activities will be taking place at the Billy Graham Center, which offers a supervised environment and bucket-loads of fun and activities. Parents are reminded to bring their cameras and get some great shots of the children having fun.

Admission to this event is free to everyone, although some costs may be incurred. The Spring Break Staycation will be occurring from Monday, March 31 to Friday, April 4 starting at 9:00 am at the Wheaton College, Billy Graham Center Museum in Wheaton, Illinois, a short drive from Warrenville. To check it out, please visit the Wheaton College website or call 630-752-5745.
