Daze to remember in Warrenville

July 28, 2013 by

An exciting way to begin August, the Summer Daze celebration is an annual event that features a number of events designed to entertain the entire family. This year’s entertainment line-up is certainly eye-catching and offers plenty to see and do. Poster printing and flyer printing by local printing companies may have been used to promote this fun-filled celebration to people in this community and the surrounding region.

This year’s line-up includes Maggie Speaks, Hillbilly Rockstarz, East Lincoln Avenue, Hi-Infidelity, Fortunate Sons, and Denny Diamond on the main stage. During this event, there are food booths open with a variety of cuisine, a classic car show, a Battle of the Bands competition, and plenty of fun for the children including inflatables, children’s games, and other activities to keep them happy.

There will product and information booths available for shopping and browsing over the course of these two days of fun and entertainment for people of all ages. This is an outdoor event, so guests are reminded to dress appropriately and bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and their camera for some great pictures that will help them remember the day.

Admission to this event is free and open to everyone. The Summer Daze celebration will take place on Friday, August 2 and Saturday, August 3 from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm each day in Downtown Warrenville, near the corners of Butterfield St, Route 56, and Bataivia Road in Warrenville, Illinois. To preview the scheduled events, please visit the Summer Daze Warrenville website or call the Warrenville Parks District during regular hours.
