Business showcase set for April

March 8, 2013 by

The Regional Business Expo and Restaurant Showcase is set to take place in early April in Hoffman Estates. The largest expo of its kind in the area, it is a presentation of several area chambers of commerce, including the Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce.

Exhibitors can rent a six-foot covered table for $225, which will include a list of those attending, a table sign, and a listing on the handout given to everyone as they enter the expo. Restaurants can also rent space for $50, although they must supply product tastings for at least 200 people. Sponsors can also rent a 10×10 area for $350, which includes the same items as exhibitors receive.

The Regional Business Expo will be an excellent networking opportunity for those who plan to attend. Not only will it give businesses the chance to showcase their products and services, but it will give business professionals the opportunity to meet their peers from 14 area chambers of commerce, including Hoffman Estates. No doubt many attending will be arranging with local printing companies for a new business card printing order, they will want to make sure they have enough cards to exchange with everyone they meet and that their contact information is correct and up-to-date.

The guest speaker at the expo will be Robert Wood, Vice President of Levy Restaurants. He will share the history of the organization and the secret of his success with those in attendance
