All about the animals at weekend gala

This weekend will see the 27th annual ‘Night to Paws Gala and Auction’ take place in St. Charles at the Q Center, acting as a major fundraiser for the Anderson Animal Center.

The evening will feature dinner, live entertainment, raffles, and an auction. It will be a great opportunity for those in the community who care about dogs and cats to show their support to an organization dedicated to promoting humane treatment of animals and which provides animal adoptions in the community.

It is likely to draw people from all over Cook County, including nearby Hoffman Estates, who are interested in the welfare of dogs and cats. Organizers are also no doubt working with local printing companies to prepare for this annual event, with flyer printing often in heavy circulation in the build-up to events like this.

Local business leaders can help by donating items to be auctioned off, sponsoring the event, or purchasing ads in the program booklet. Sponsorships are available from $1,250 to $4,000 and all sponsors will be recognized at the event and its advertising.

The Anderson Animal Clinic – a low-kill shelter and veterinary clinic located in South Elgin – has been at its current location since 1971. Its goal is to totally eliminate the need for euthanasia of animals and to rehouse as many as they can with caring and loving owners.

The gala is coming up this Saturday, November 3, from 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Tickets are $125. For more information, call 847-697-2880 x25.
