Santa has fun in store this weekend

December 7, 2012 by

The annual Lunch with Santa in the community of Waukegan draws families from miles around to enjoy a festive meal with St. Nick. This event is always hosted the second Sunday in December and brings families together to sit down over a great meal and share some time together away from the hustle and bustle of holiday shopping. Some special guests regularly make surprise appearances at this event, making it all the more worth attending

At this year’s Lunch with Santa, Santa and his helpers will help everyone kick off their holiday spirit by enjoying a wonderful luncheon event with the citizens of the community. There will be handmade pizzas, Jr. ICEE’s, sodas, bags of popcorn, and much more. Free Santa photos will be taken of the first 100 people who register for this event. During this event, there will be a number of games and activities planned for the children, and some more grown-up entertainment for the adults. This is an all-day event and there is plenty for everyone to do, no matter what their age. Guests are reminded to dress warmly and remember their mittens and hat.

Flyer printing and poster printing services are just one way in which the public could be invited to this event. The cost is $5 per person and absolutely everyone is asked to attend. The Lunch with Santa will be held this Sunday, December 9, from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm at The People’s Choice Family Fun Center located at 2411 Grand Avenue in Waukegan, Illinois, just a few miles from Gurnee. To register, please visit the Lunch with Santa website or call 201-212-0911.
