3rd Year Holiday Bazaar Scheduled for December 10

November 21, 2011 by

If the flyer printing around town hasn’t tipped folks off, this latest announcement will. For the 3rd year in a row, the Evanston Recreation Division is going to be hosting the Holiday Bazaar at the Fleetwood-Jourdain Center. As such, those who have a tendency to leave their shopping to the last minute will have the opportunity to redeem themselves on Saturday, December 10 2011.

The items and trinkets being sold at the Bazaar range from perfume to jewelry to books and clothes. Even so, there’s no reason for shoppers to limit themselves to buying gifts for the winter holidays. This is a fantastic opportunity to stock up on presents for the rest of the year as well.

Although buyers of all ages will be able to get in for free, sellers will have to rent tables. At the price of $30 however, it’s a small price to pay for a chance to make some major sales going into the Christmas season. That being said, the tables apparently get rented out quickly. Those who are interested in supplying goods for the Bazaar will need to call in soon.

Anyone who loves good bargains is going to be thrilled with the selection this year. The event starts at 8:00 a.m. and since the Evanston Recreation Division has stated multiple times that there will be no early entries, there will be plenty of trinkets and valuables to go around. Individuals who don’t have other plans can’t go wrong stopping by the Fleetwood-Jourdain Center between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. and seeing what the 2011 Holiday Bazaar is all about.
