Crystal Lake business owners have options this month

Local professionals in need of networking events are in luck because the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce has several events planned for January.

Beginning with a presentation on the 18th, members of Crystal Lake’s business community are invited to stop by Centegra Health Bridge Fitness where a workshop on “How to Build a Golden Data Base and Automatic Follow Up System” is being held. Starting at 11:30 am and going through until 1:30 pm, time for both lunch and networking are accounted for in this generous time allotment.

The advertisements have worded it this way:

“You need to target prospects who are appropriate for YOUR business. Then you must “follow up” on a consistent basis to convert those prospects into clients. Chaffee Nguyen will show you how to build an effective list and automate your sales follow up. Presented by Chaffee-Thanh Nguyen.”

With a tiered pricing system that sees non-Chamber members paying $55.00, members are charged $35.00 and network members receiving a generous discount at $25.00, it’s important to be registered ahead of time.

Interestingly enough, the workshop isn’t the only place where business card printing might be needed. January 24th is the date of the “Mixer at Salon MACKK with da Baffone Cucina Italiana”. What separates this meeting from others is the fact that there are multiple chambers expected at this event. Going from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, this has all the makings of a constructive evening.

No matter which way it’s looked at, the Crystal Lake Chamber is starting out the New Year with a bang.
