For those who aren’t big fans of the rap/hip-hop scene, Celtic Thunder will be performing a week after Wiz Khalifa at the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts. This eminently talented group is able to trace its roots back as far as 2007. originally described Celtic Thunder as follows:

“A show rather than a group, Celtic Thunder was conceived by Sharon Browne and written and arranged by Phil Coulter and designed as a contemporary exploration of Celtic music, which means it falls to the pop dance side of the spectrum more than it does to the traditional side.”

With online tickets going from $175-$185, concert-goers can buy ahead of time and be confident in the fact that the performance will satisfy on every level.
