ROSS Management Services, a property management company, recently assumed the operations of six properties in Upper Marlboro, New Jersey, and Virginia.
Various upgrades will be implemented so as to enhance the experience of residents. These will include mobile and online rent payment, account management, and service requests. The company is also known for its online reputation management program that enhances the reputations of the communities via several websites.
The two properties Ross Management Services will operate are the Largo Center Apartments and The Vistas at Lake Largo. The former is income-restricted and features 100 one- to three-bedroom units, each with spacious bedrooms, walk-in closets, and a breakfast bar. It is close to Washington, D.C. by means of the Metro.
The Vistas at Lake Largo is geared for seniors, and has 110 affordable one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities include on-site barber shop and hair salon, theater room, community room, and fitness center.
Dave Miskovich, CEO of the company, commented how this is a large transaction for the portfolio of company in terms of classification of the communities and geographic location. The company plans to making communications with residents a top priority so as to provide the best customer service. The use of direct mail printing to a database of residents, prospects or other contacts on a monthly or periodic basis helps many companies reach this goal.
