Sushi just for the sake of it

The Asian Arts and Culture Center at Towson University promotes Asian culture through various programs and exhibits. As well as an upcoming paper art workshop at the Center, locals can also look forward to an afternoon of Japanese food and entertainment.

‘Sushi and Sake’ is a fundraising event for the Gil Brungardt Endowment and will take place in the Asian Art Gallery and Atrium. It will feature, of course, plenty of sushi and sake. It will also include musical entertainment, a silent auction, and other activities. It should be an excellent event for those who have never been to the Center to experience all that it has to offer to the community.

The Asian Arts and Culture Center is partly funded through the Gil Brungardt Endowment, which has raised over $40,000 since 2007. It no doubt works with Towson printing companies to help advertise its upcoming exhibits and events. Flyer printing services can provide a flyer that can be sent out through direct mail, distributed door-to-door, form a newspaper insert, or even be handed out on the street. Firmly among the most popular forms of marketing, flyers make it possible for a large number of people to learn about upcoming events quickly and for a very reasonable price.

Sushi and Sake will take place at the Asian Arts and Culture Center on February 24 from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Tickets are $40 and those planning to attend must RSVP before February 18. For more information call 410-704-2807.
