Second annual mini golf invitational to take place in April
March 20, 2013 by Sarah
The Rockville Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 2nd annual Rockville Invitational Mini Golf Tournament in April. The event is a fundraiser for the chamber.
The evening will include one round of mini golf, appetizers, desserts, wine, and plenty of time for networking with business peers – so entrepreneurs should think about getting their latest business card printing order in soon. Players can sign up to play as a foursome or can join as an individual, and it will definitely be a relaxing way for local businesspersons to get to know one another.
There are several sponsorship opportunities for local businesses to help support the chamber. Event sponsorships are $1,000 for chamber members and $1,500 for non-members, food sponsorships cost $500 for members and $800 for members, and a golf hole sponsorship is $300 for members and $500 for non-members.
Depending on the type of sponsorship, companies will be recognized on signs or banners at the event and will be allowed to give opening remarks or, in the case of golf hole sponsors, be allowed to decorate a hole with their company logo. The organizers will likely be working with Rockville printing companies to design and print the necessary items to recognize the sponsors.
The 2nd annual Rockville Invitational Mini Golf Tournament will take place at VisArts on April 25 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Fees are $145 for a member foursome or $175 for non-members, while individual fees are $40 for members and $50 for non-members. Guests will receive one free drinks ticket.
