Baltimore to light trees and get networking
November 30, 2012 by Sarah
The Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Hotel in Baltimore will be holding a tree lighting networking event next week, where visitors can expect the courtyard of the hotel to be festooned with holiday decorations and lights for the Christmas season.
The hotel, which is new to the area this year, is using this event to thank the local business community, especially Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce members, for welcoming them. This is expected to be an annual event and those who attend this inaugural meeting will be served cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
The holiday season is now here and most people’s social lives have become busier and will remain so for the rest of the year, partly thanks to events like this. Many of the social events planned over Christmas will also involve the chance for business peers to network with one another, with this being no exception.
This will be an excellent networking event for Chamber members from all over the area including nearby Lutherville. Those attending are likely to consider placing a new business card printing order so that they will have plenty of cards to give out to those who are interested. Since this is a social event, there will be no selling, but there will definitely be the chance to casually discuss business and to exchange cards with fellow business peers.
