Regional Business Showcase set to take place in Odenton

March 22, 2013 by

The Baltimore Washington Corridor Chamber’s Regional Business Showcase and Testing will take place in Odenton in early April.

The event will give local businesspersons the chance to showcase their newest products and services to their fellow business peers and to the general public. Local caterers and restaurants will also have the opportunity to share samples of their food products.

Showcase booths can be rented for $399 by chamber members or $459 by non-members, through which caterers and restaurants can supply samples of their food for free on two six-foot tables. Sponsorships are also available from $750 to $3,500, and those who throw their support behind the event will be recognized in all event marketing materials, will be allowed to insert an item in the event bag, and will receive a list of all attendees after the showcase.

Organizers of the event are probably using a variety of marketing materials to spread the word of the event to nearby communities such as Laurel. With tools like brochures, print advertisements, and flyers part of their campaign, they will probably be working with local print companies to design and print these.

The 4the BWCC Regional Business Showcase and Tasting will take place at Suddath Relocation Systems in Odenton on April 10 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. There will be a vendors’ happy hour from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Admission is $20 and each guest receives two free drink coupons and a gift bag. For more information, call 301-725-4000.
