Back to business in Baltimore area
July 31, 2013 by Mark
The 9th annual Baltimore the Region networking event is returning to the city in about a week’s time, offering an opportunity for area businesspeople to establish connections with their fellow business peers.
The event will feature six of the area’s largest business groups: the Baltimore City Chamber of Commerce, the Howard County Chamber of Commerce, the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, the Baltimore Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. Members of the sextet of groups will also be able to sponsor display booths, which will allow them to showcase their products and services.
Booths are available for rental for $150 each and other sponsorships of the event are available from $375 to $1,000. It is more than likely that some of the business professionals from Baltimore County, including Hunt Valley, who are taking part in the event will have already thought about contacting local printing companies to prepare. Methods of doing this might include the printing of banners to drape over their booths, signs to draw attention to their products, flyers to let their current customers know about their participation in the event, or a new business card printing order so they have enough cards to exchange with their fellow business leaders.
For those who are looking to up their networking game, this one will be held at the Baltimore Museum of Art on August 7 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Tickets are $35 for chamber members and $45 for non-members. For more information, call 410-825-6200.
