Attend the Print Solutions Conference in nearby Baltimore

The 2012 Print Solutions Conference will take place at the Baltimore Convention Center from June 4 – 6, while the attached business Expo will run from June 5 – 6. All attendees receive a goody bag filled with promotional items.

The conference is presented by the Print Services and Distribution Association (PSDA). It will feature workshops, a networking dinner, exhibitor educational sessions, and the PSDA Peak Awards will be given out. Workshops will cover many issues of interest to the printing and graphics arts industries such as market trends, HR issues, business planning, and media campaigns. Exhibitor educational sessions will discuss such topics as using social media and how the USPS is changing.

Exhibitors will be representing many aspects of the printing industry, including direct mail services, label suppliers, brochure printers, promotional product manufacturers, and business card printing services. Local area companies who provide these products, including those from Hunt Valley, will find the Expo will help them to expose their products to a countrywide audience. Booth rental is $2,645 for PSDA members and $3,145 for non-members. As well as the space itself, rental includes a mention on the conference website and in the Print Solutions magazine, as well as access to the attendee registration list of names and addresses.

There are also sponsorships available, ranging in price from $600 to $5,000. For $5,000, a sponsor can arrange for their company logo to appear on the goody bag and provide some of the promotional material to fill it. For $1500, a sponsor can provide a promotional item for the goody bag.
