The ‘Spagnvola Chocolate Making 101’ is only a few days away and is being hosted by Spagnvola Chocolatiers. It offers attendees the opportunity to learn all about fine chocolate and chocolate-making from the one of its fine Head Chocolatiers. The chocolatier for this event is the renowned Crisoire Reid.

The chocolate-making session starts with a guided tour of the chocolate factory and then spends two and a half hours teaching guests how to prepare chocolate crystallization using various techniques. Guests will experience the chocolate-making process right from the raw cocoa bean to the making of chocolate products through creating a basic chocolate Ganache cream filling and truffles, while also learning how to use different techniques for dipping the chocolate.

This session is designed for beginners who wish to learn the techniques and gain a sound background on chocolate. Spagnvola Chocolates are made from beans grown on its own farms in the Dominican Republic. For those who love chocolate and want to learn more about how it is made, this is an ideal course.

Flyer printing might have been used to advertise and promote this lip-smacking course to residents of this community and local regions. The cost is $50 per person.

The course will take place on Friday, November 16, from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm at Spagnvola Chocolatiers located at 360 Main Street in Caithersburg, Maryland, just down the road from Crofton.
