Music school collaboration set to launch franchise

A chain of music schools is due to be opened in Westchester County, Nassau County, and fairfield County, thanks to a collaboration between Amplified Capital Partners and Bach to Rock music schools. The first Bach to Rock franchise is due to open towards the end of 2012.

The president of Bach to Rock, Brian Gross, said that the music school had been extremely popular in the Washington, DC area and had now decided to branch out to Connecticut and New York with the franchise agreement. The first Bach to Rock school was opened in 2007 in Bethesda, Maryland. There are now four corporate owned schools in Virginia and two in Maryland. As interest in music is increasing rapidly through shows like American Idol, Glee, and X Factor, more people are taking an interest in learning how to play an instrument. Bach to Rock incorporates the tuition with having fun.

Bach to Rock is expanding to the Mid-Atlantic region, seeking entrepreneurs to open franchises in these areas. The services of a local brochure printers and stationery printers will help Bach to Rock locate potential franchisees in the area. Although being able to play an instrument isn’t crucial, a franchisee should be able to assemble a group of dedicated musicians to build on the school’s success.

Music lessons have now been turned into something of a team sport, with Bach to Rock creating a combination of jamming sessions with intense individual tutoring. According to the Washington Business Journal, Bach to Rock is the business to watch in 2012.
