The Holiday Concert is an annual tradition in Beltsville and will feature the Greenbelt Community Band. This is a wonderful family opportunity to share some quality time and kick-off a rocking holiday season. The event is being brought to this community by the Beltsville Recreation Council and will feature a variety of holiday favorites.

This year’s holiday concert will include some of the season’s most beloved Christmas music. There will be door prizes drawn and refreshments available for all. With no age restriction, it could be the perfect start to a family Christmas.

The Beltsville Recreation Council, sponsored by the Beltsville Community Center, is a volunteer group whose purpose is to plan entertainment and educational activities throughout the year. Some of the activities this volunteer group schedules include the Community Health Fair, Jazz under the Stars, Beltsville Day, and A Taste of the Beltsville Community. The Beltsville Recreation Council meets on the third Monday of every month at 7:00 pm and would welcome new people who would be interested in giving up some time.

With the event being free to attend and open to anybody who wants to join in, it may be an excellent opportunity to draft in the help of local printing companies to assist with promotion. The Holiday Concert is being held on Monday, December 17, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Beltsville Community Center located at 3900 Sellman Road in Beltsville, Maryland.
