Cultural showpiece to span a full month

The 7th annual Free Fall Baltimore will take place at various locations throughout the throughout the duration of October. With all events being free, it is presented by the Baltimore Office of Promotion and The Arts (BOPA).

There will be over 300 events that will take place in Baltimore during October, which include visual and performing arts, workshops, exhibits, and lectures. The Amaranthine Museum will be holding a treasure hunt in its 200-piece labyrinth every Sunday during the month from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm. Those who finish win a prize.

Literary Arts Week, meanwhile, will take place from October 13 – 20. It will feature poetry readings, writing workshops, and author appearances. Workshop topics during Free Fall Baltimore will range from workshops on law for artists, to stilt-walking workshops, to a jazz jam session. There will definitely be something that will interest every person who plans to attend any of these events.

Baltimore printing companies will no doubt be helping the organizers of this 31-day event to publicize and promote all of the events. Colorful posters will probably be noticed hung all over the city telling locals about this popular annual event.
