Baltimore Ravens hosting annual fan festival

April 13, 2013 by

Football season may be months away, but Baltimore area sports fans will soon have the chance to spend an exciting afternoon at their local NFL stadium.

In just over two weeks, the Baltimore Ravens organization will be hosting its yearly Spring Football Festival. Printing companies are likely seeing more business as sponsors and vendors order flyers, posters, and banners for this event.

The highlight of the day will be the broadcasting of this year’s NFL draft on large screens and televisions inside the stadium. Thousands of Ravens fans will be able to watch together as their favorite team selects new players to join its fall roster. There will also be plenty of other activities for attendees of all ages, including autograph sessions with current Ravens players, on-field scrimmages for children, and tours of the locker room.

Entertainment will include performances from the Ravens Cheerleaders and live broadcasting from a local rock station. The team’s youngest fans will be able to play in a designated kids’ area and have an opportunity to get their faces painted in Ravens purple, black, and gold. A variety of concessions stands will also be open to provide food and beverages.

The Spring Football Festival will take place on Saturday, April 27 between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm. This popular event is limited to 15,000 attendees, but tickets are still available online. The cost is $15 for children and $20 for adults.

M&T Bank Stadium is located at 1101 Russell Street. Free parking will be available in its A, B, C, G, and H lots.
