Boise to be bowled over with comedic event

Taking place this weekend, the Big Lebowski Party is a night-time event inviting people from the community to dress up in their best Big Lebowski costume and come out and join in the fun.

Themed around the 1998 comedy film, this bowling event has lots of special activities planned for all who attend, all of which will no doubt be communicated through poster and flyer printing throughout this week.

At the party, guests will enjoy a number of special drinks throughout the night and, for those who enjoy White Russians, there is special pricing. During the night, attendees will take part in the costume contest, a number of trivia events, and a variety of games.

The cost is $20 per person in advance and $25 each at the door, and the party will be held on Saturday, September 14, from 8:00 pm until midnight at the 20th Century Lanes located at 4712 W State Street in Boise, Idaho.

The evening begins with drinks at 8:00 pm. From 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm on the night, there will be Monte Carlo Bowling, and from 11:00 pm onwards, guests are invited to join in the Cosmic Bowling event. RSVPs are required to pick the tickets up at the door. Tickets are available in advance at the lanes, and people must be 21 to attend, with photo ID likely to be required. To learn more about this event, please visit the 20th Century Lanes website or call for reservations at 208-342-8695.
