Newport eats breakfast with Santa

This month, families can get into the holiday spirit and take part in a special breakfast event with Santa.

Residents in Newport, including those in nearby Southgate, can purchase tickets online to a private event with opportunities to interact with Santa. The event will be set up at Newport on the Levee at the The Newport Express Holiday Depot. The ‘customized train attraction’ features a train and Lego display.

Tickets cost $20 for both children and adults. Included with the cost of a ticket is a breakfast buffet with pancakes, eggs, bacon, fruit, and orange juice. During breakfast, Santa will be “strolling” around. In addition, ticket holders will gain early admission into the Newport Express Holiday Depot before the rest of the public. A child’s ticket also includes a Newport on the Levee souvenir, along with a professional photo with Santa. Kids will receive one free 4×7 photo but additional photos are available for purchase. After the event, families can stick around the Levee and enjoy more shops, food, and fun experiences.

Event promoters may enlist the services of printing services to make banners and posters to attract people to the event. Banners, printed on bright paper, are easily noticed while vivid posters can be hung in nearby areas to spread the word. Finally, caterers and photographers at the event may want local print companies to make business cards to be passed out at the event.

Breakfast with Santa takes place on December 12 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at 1 Levee Way in Newport.
