Last chance to follow the Quest

October 19, 2012 by

Guests are invited to accept their last chance to explore downtown Louisville while competing in a scavenger hunt and sightseeing race this weekend. This is an annual event where teams consisting of two to five people will compete with each other and locate all the designated items in the least amount of time, all while having fun and discovering Louisville’s downtown. This is a great family event for older children and parents.

This Lousiville Quest has been happening in downtown Louisville every Saturday since April and will conclude with this, the last quest. As teams make their way around Louisville, the course usually runs past the 21C, the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, and the Belle of Louisville, as well as the Belvedere, with hidden and unexpected obstacles along the entire route. After the Quest, an awards ceremony takes place in a downtown restaurant and token prizes are given out, along with well-earned bragging rights. Once guests see what downtown Louisville has to offer, organizers think they will want to see much more.

Poster printing and flyer printing were most probably used to promote this downtown discover tour to the residents of the community and surrounding areas. Tickets are $40 per adult and $25 per student or military member. The final Louisville Quest will take place tomorrow, October 20, starting at 10:00 am at the designated destination received upon register. The event takes place in Louisville, Kentucky.
