Ghostbusters coming to Louisville

Louisville will welcome the Mid-South Paranormal Convention in August, with the four-day event taking place at the Ramada Plaza on Bluegrass Parkway.

The convention, which is being presented by the Louisville Ghost Hunters Society, will see Kentucky come alive, with hundreds of people expected to attend the event.

The paranormal community usually gather at the convention to hear renowned and exciting presenters, visit the vendors’ booths, and meet other people who are passionate about the paranormal world.

Many speakers are scheduled to talk throughout the convention, including Keith Age. Age is the founder and president of the Louisville Ghost Hunters Society. He is the host of several sci-fi shows, including Spooked, Children of the Grave, The Possessed, and The Unseen. He is also the author of ‘Out of the Dark’.

Vendor booths will offer unusual items as well as food, gifts, and other treasures. Banner printing is handled prior to the convention to provide directional assistance in the venue itself. With banners hung in the booths, attendees can easily see what each vendor is offering.

An investigation activity will take place at Wickland Mansion and is being billed as a highlight of the convention. Special equipment and techniques will be used to explore what or who may be lurking in the building.

The Orb Tones will provide lively entertainment for the convention delegates’ pleasure as they relax and converse.

Many sponsors are participating and contributing to the event and there are still sponsorship opportunities available. Information on these opportunities is posted on the event’s website, along with details about the convention. Contact information is also available.
