Screams in store with Halloween ride

Kentucky families can get into a fiendish frame of mind as The Bluegrass Railroad Museum (BRGM) Halloween Haunted Train Ride leaves at dark and then slowly chugs along leaving the station house for a doomed ride down the rails. After all, it is October and time for the peculiar things that happen at the BGRM station, as the air fills with dread and the haunted ride unfolds.

Guests are invited to join in the spooky haunted train ride as it tracks along past aliens, goblins, witches, ghosts, and other ghoulish creatures to make its way to its destination. Brave, or foolish, people who decide to take the ride are sure to experience terror, as they never know what sort of monstrosities might come floating down the aisle straight at their seat, or whizz past the car. Though scary, it is a family event and should offer a ghoulishly great time.

Print companies may have prepared most of the posters and flyers used to advertise this chilling train ride to residents in the area and surrounding communities. Tickets are $13.50 per adult, $12.50 per senior, and $11.50 per child aged 2 – 12. Reservations are recommended.

The Bluegrass Railroad Museum Halloween Haunted Train Rides will be rolling down the track from Thursday, October 25 until Saturday, October 27, at 8:00 pm at the Bluegrass Scenic Railroad located at 175 Beasley Road in Versailles, Kentucky, just down the road from Lexington. To reserve a ticket, please call the BGRM at 859-873-2476.
