Glen Campbell scheduled to perform at the Lexington Opera House

The legendary Glen Campbell will perform at the Lexington Opera House next month, and the full band performance is presented by the Troubadour Convert Series and Highbridge Spring Water.

Glen Campbell has been in the entertainment business for over 50 years and has sold over 45 million records worldwide with the release of 70 albums. Campbell made history with his claiming of four Grammy awards in both the country and pop genres in 1967. He has been awarded male vocalist of the year from both the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association, along with being honored as the 1968 Entertainer of the Year.

In addition to his very successful music career, Glen Campbell has also appeared in movies, with one of the most famous being ‘True Grit’, in which he starred with John Wayne.
