Sleep strugglers to be offered advice in Florence seminar

Wide-awake folks in the Florence area might be interested in a lecture called ‘A Good Night’s Sleep’ tomorrow, which is aimed at providing people with information on how to sleep well without resorting to medications and sleep aids.

This session has limited space, so advanced registration is a must. Flyer printing is probably one of the media that have been used to make this session possible for people in this community, as well as those who live in the surrounding communities.

The session has been set up to cater for everyone from those who experience the odd restless night here and there, to those for whom it is the norm to struggle to sleep and could even suffer from chronic insomnia. The seminar-type event will be able to provide guests with a program that offers non-medicated solutions to ease sleep problems.

Instructor Emily Sander, a licensed clinical psychologist, who will offer an assortment of tricks and tips aimed at helping people get a good night’s sleep. She will cover and discuss the various aspects of sleep therapy with guests, without the use of sleep medications.

Admission to this lecture is free and everyone is welcome. A Good Night’s Sleep will be happening on Tuesday, January 21, at 7:00 pm at the Florence Branch Library located at 7425 US 42 in Florence, Kentucky.
