Traumatic Brain Injury Conference set for Erlanger
January 3, 2014 by Mark
The Eighth Annual Northern Kentucky Traumatic Brain Injury Conference has been scheduled for March in Erlanger.
The annual event presents resources, education and networking opportunities for brain injury victims and survivors along with their families and friends. Healthcare professionals, educators, attorneys, and the general public are also invited to attend.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Living under the Umbrella” and will offer many activities including CEU and CLE credit courses, exhibitor booths, and a raffle. Meals including continental breakfast and a buffet lunch will be provided along with break service.
Print companies frequently work with conference organizers in producing materials needed for promotion and management of the events. Flyer printing is a common request as the flyers can be distributed prior to the conference to build interest and increase attendance. Flyers can also feature information about presenters, exhibitors, and sponsors and can be included in registration packets.
The conference will take place on March 28 from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Four concurrent sessions will occur for professionals, pediatric survivors and caregivers, adult survivors and caregivers, and military or veteran survivors with their caregivers. Support group and networking opportunities will be presented at the conference.
Corporate sponsorships are available which will include various recognition programs for the sponsors. The event website has more detailed information including pricing. The registration form will be online soon as well as details for exhibitors. The event will take place at the Receptions Conference Center on Donaldson Road, and registration options will include CEU and CLE courses. For more information call 502-494-2868.
