Erlanger in Kentucky will welcome the 2013 Security Symposium and Expo this fall. It is a one-day event focusing on the challenges faced in IT security issues. Some of the best practices will be included amongst the professional discussions throughout the event.
IT professionals will engage in high-energy discussions and training, complete with live demos and info on innovative security products. The conference will consist of five tracks including information security governance, software security, mobile and computer forensics, current topics in security, and legal issues in security and privacy.
Information security governance will focus on implementation of management policies and procedures pertaining to IT audits, planning, and training. The software security track will incorporate knowledge regarding identity theft prevention and information integrity.
Mobile and computer forensics will present the latest methods and tools for understanding and processing digital evidence. Security topics will focus on cloud computing, mobile, and virtualization. Legal issues will be discussed regarding security and privacy.
Often, conferences and expos will utilize the services offered by a print company. Catalog printing is a frequent request, as such booklets are regularly used to list the agenda for conferences including presenters, classes, schedules, advertisers, and other pertinent information. Catalogs can be distributed in advance of an event or at the event.
The 2013 Security Symposium and Expo will take place at the Center for Applied Informatics at the College for Informatics in Erlanger on October 18 from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Registration can be handled through the event website.
