Pets aplenty in Crescent Springs this weekend
April 12, 2013 by Mark
Petco, a national pet food and supply chain, is about to host an event in Crescent Springs in recognition of the National Pet Adoption Weekend. Adoptable pets of various species will be available to visit and to get to know, perhaps with consideration of giving them a forever home.
The company is offering all pet parents adopting a new family member a special savings from the Petco Think Adoption First Care and Savings program. Volunteers from the various organizations will be on hand to help introduce the pets, give some background, and assist in determining the right match between prospective pet owners and the pets.
In the build-up to such occasions as this, it is common for local print companies to assist in providing materials needed to help announce events. Flyer printing is a frequent request, as the flyers can be distributed via all of the related pet stores, as well as to the community from various points and efforts.
Many pet adoption and homeless shelters regularly find that they have a need for volunteers to help at functions. Local shelters and organizations can be found online for those interested in getting involved.
Animal lovers should clear a space in their schedules this weekend, as the event will take place April 13 and 14 at the Petco store located at 2315 Buttermilk Crossing. On both days, the store can be visited from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm. For specific information about this Petco event, please call 859-331-7387.
