Game entrepreneur to share his knowledge

Video game entrepreneur Scot Rubin will spend an evening with fans at the Startup Grind later this week.

Rubin is an associate of All Games Network and All Games Production, and is co-founder of G4 television network. Also a talk show host, other companies Rubin has founded include Nitropod, the innovative kitchen that uses liquid nitrogen and features a podcasting studio.

He will speak on the drive, culture and desire of creating a startup and maintaining its core mission. He will also talk about how to maintain a competitive edge while still remaining innovative and insightful.

The event is hosted by Sam Osborn, director of the Startup Grind Los Angeles. He is also a producer of television programming for surfing, social media, music, and martial arts. He believes in creating educational, inspirational, and entertaining content.

The Startup Grind hosts monthly events around the world that feature innovators, investors, and educators. Fireside chats are designed to bring interesting people in contact with entrepreneurs who just need a little inspiration to bring their product to market, and to those who want to expand their businesses.

The talk will begin at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, August 14. Networking and food will be available beginning at 7:30 pm and the fireside chat will begin at 8:30 pm.
