Teachers seeking some inspiration should attend the MSJC Multimedia Summer Boot Camp this coming Thursday.
This camp is geared to college level teaching of multimedia courses. Lunch and a light breakfast will be provided each day for this three day camp. Those who attend all three days will receive a $100 stipend.
Topics to be covered include the application of layout theory and design to web pages, video and images, and evaluating communication through the use of typographical elements in both print and electronic media.
Two-dimensional animation techniques will be used to create an articulated figure animation. Examples of world animation will also be demonstrated and discussed. Students will work individually and in teams.
The event is to be held at 8:00pm on June 27 at Mt. San Jacinto College, 28237 La Piedra Road in Menifee, just 20 minutes from Temecula. For registration information, call (951) 672-1991. Students and teachers can use digital business cards to maintain contact afterwards.
It’s Girls Day Out at 9:00am on Friday, June 28 at the Old Town Temecula Western Days on Front Street in Temecula.
This is a great opportunity for sisters, mothers and daughters, girlfriends and even aunts (age 13 and older) to come out for some fun, food and photos. This is a chance to be pampered.
Photos will be taken by fashion photographers Stephanie and Mike from Blinkit. For more information, call Mike or Stephanie at (951) 821-8335 or Rowena at (760) 529-7784.
