Foot stompin’ bluegrass comes to Temecula

January 16, 2014 by

Temecula will host some of the finest national and regional bluegrass bands and music on the west coast this spring. The Bluegrass Festival will feature the top performers such as Bluegrass Etc, Silverado, and Silgo Rags along with a dozen more bands scheduled. The event will be held in Old Town Temecula in California.

This year a special treat is in store for Friday night campers. Old Town restaurants will provide Bluegrass bands at various locations throughout the neighborhood. The Old Town Temecula Community Theater will present Curly Taylor and Zydeco Trouble, with the Bayou Brothers serving as the opening act.

This year featured workshops will be presented by participating headlining musicians throughout the weekend and will be free to attend. Two stages will be in use throughout the weekend.

Saturday night, three bands will present a Bluegrass concert in the Old Town Temecula Community Theater. Admission is free.

Vendors are expected to be on hand offering tasty treats and items. More bands will be encouraged to sign up to perform in the coming weeks, as well.

Working with local print companies provides resources needed for events of this nature to promote and manage effectively. Poster printing creates a valuable method of communicating the festival in advance to generate interest and attendance. By printing posters in full color with a gloss finish, they are sure to attract interest quickly. The posters can be placed throughout the region in high traffic areas.

The Bluegrass Festival is scheduled for March 15-16. For more information, visit the festival website.
