Century City Chamber hosts multiple networking events

Thanks to the efforts of the Century City Chamber, Studio City professionals have been provided with at least a couple of chances to network between the recent ‘5th Annual Summer in the City Networking Fiesta; and the ‘Speed Networking Breakfast’ being held in early August.

From the perspective of entrepreneurs and other career-minded individuals, the first of these networking opportunities took place yesterday, July 25, with the Fiesta. Having been originally slated to begin at 5:30 pm, this event included refreshments, prize drawings, a silent auction, and more. Put together with the express intent of allowing business owners to connect with each other, the Networking Fiesta exceeded expectations on numerous fronts.

Hosted by the Emerging Professionals & Entrepreneurs Council, this was no doubt a productive event for everyone who attended.

Those who were unable to participate in the Networking Fiesta will still need to contact a good print company for business card printing with the Century Chamber hosting a ‘Speed Networking Breakfast’ on August 9. Starting bright and early at 8:00 am, this one-hour session will add to the enjoyment of meeting new people by encouraging professionals to interact with one another in a fresh and exciting event format.

Offering business owners an opportunity to promote their companies while polishing up their elevator pitches, it is also clear that this breakfast is going to be valuable in more ways than one. Sitting at $25 for members, $30 for guests, and $35 for those paying at the door, professionals would do well to plan ahead for this meet-up.
