Busy June ahead for Studio City

Studio City-based businesspeople are getting a unique chance to become a part of the community through the upcoming Annual Luncheon, while residents in general have something to look forward to with the Los Angeles Indie Film and Music Festival coming up as well.

The excitement begins on June 7 with the Century City Chamber of Commerce hosting its annual Citizen of the Year Awards Luncheon for the 30th time. Being hosted at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel, this event will be going from 11:30 pm to 1:00 pm. Once again, the two categories are for “Individual Citizen of the Year” and “Corporate Citizen of the Year.”

While this is undoubtedly another excellent opportunity to show some support for what others have accomplished this past year, it’s also worth noting that there are sponsorship packages available. This might end up requiring a broad range of printing services, including business card printing , and the exposure should make it all worthwhile.

Shortly after this event, the Los Angeles Indie Music and Film International Summit of 2012 is going to be taking place on June 16. Starting fairly early at 8:00 am and going for most of the day with an expected conclusion of around 5:00 pm, the time frame listed on the advertisements is certainly generous. Being held at the Los Angeles Convention Center, this is another one for which local and nearby individuals are free to consider registering. Open to people of all ages, there are plenty of reasons to give the Summit a try.
