Family Weekend at Santa Clara University

December 16, 2012 by

The Santa Clara University will host a Family Weekend during February 22-23, 2013. SCU believes parents are an important and integral part of the school community. The university is extending an invitation to parents and family members to attend the 2013 Family Weekend.

This event gives family members an opportunity to spend time with the SCU student in a social and fun environment as well as to learn more about the school. Invitations are being mailed at the end of December to the families of students.

Some of the family activities during the weekend will include attending classes with the professors and leaders at SCU. It is a great opportunity to see why Santa Clara University is recognized nationally for its services, faculty and academic programs.

A senior parent dinner dance is scheduled for February 23 to include the fun of dancing throughout the night and feeling part of the school community. This dinner dance marks just over 100 days until graduation for the seniors.

Registration is required to attend the Family Weekend and is required to be completed online or postmarked by February 8. If received after February 8, a late registration fee will apply.

Upon arriving on campus on February 22, the sign-in process will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the first session beginning at 1:00 p.m. The final sessions will take place during the afternoon on Saturday with optional activities following.

Printing services are frequently provided by local print companies for educational events. Invitations utilizing special stationery printing are created to send bespoke invitations to prospective attendees.
