Food and drink festival fizzes into San Marcos

Presented by the Tri-City Medical Center, the 3rd Annual CoBA Wine, Food & Brew Festival recognizes and celebrates all the accomplishments of the CSUSM College of Business Administration (CoBA). Local residents, students, faculty, alumni, and supporters of the educational institute are invited to join the festivities in tasting the wine, beer, and food that will be offered at the upcoming event.

The festival is held outdoors on the Markstein Hall Plaza on the Cal State San Marcos campus. Various types of wines, beers, and special cuisine from the most celebrated restaurants in San Marcos will be available for sampling.

Live music performances will take place throughout the day and there will be a silent auction, with proceeds benefiting the College of Business Administration’s opportunities and programs.

Included in the price of the ticket is entry to the event, campus event parking, a customized logo-engraved glass and tasting plate, and access to tasting samples. Tickets can be purchased via the event website.

Events of this nature usually require a lot of planning and coordination. Frequently, local printing companies are contracted to provide print services such as banner printing. Banners are a great tool for attracting visitor attention quickly and en masse. Poster printing also tends to be used for large events, as posters are relatively inexpensive and can be produced in bulk and placed strategically to draw interest.

The festival will be held on September 8 in San Marcos from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. For more information on the San Marcos CoAB Festival, visit the website or call (760) 750-4270.
