December 15, 2012 by Sarah
The Golf Industry Show has been scheduled for February 6-7, 2013 in San Diego and will take place at the San Diego Convention Center. In addition to many educational conferences and presentations, exhibiting at the show will offer many opportunities.
Vendors providing services and products for pro shops, golf courses, outdoor facilities and clubhouses will be displaying at this large convention. Opportunities for vendors include identifying and meeting new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, promoting brand and company awareness, generating sales leads, and networking with industry professionals.
Drawing participants from across the globe, attendance is expected to exceed 7,000. The attendees consist of managers and operators, superintendents, golf course owners, chief executive officers, distributors, mechanics, appraisers, club managers, marketing directors and other decision-makers.
The convention floor space will be divided into two sections this year consisting of golf course solutions clubhouse and outdoor facility solutions. This floor plan will make it easier for attendees to find the products they need.
Vendors will use printing companies to prepare materials necessary for exhibiting at this convention. These include business cards, as well as making use of banner printing. Business cards are distributed from each vendor booth or display table to solicit future business, and banners can be hung within the booths, or on the display tables as well as throughout the venue to help direct attention and traffic to designated areas.
