San Diego goes Hawaiian with ‘Friendraiser’

Taking place in San Diego at the Bali Hai Restaurant, the Fire K9.Org’s Arson Dog Hawaiian Paradise Annual ‘Friendraiser’ is scheduled for early October.

The event takes place to raise funds to help with the training and support of the amazing arson dogs and gives the community the opportunity to support arson dog teams featuring highly trained and exceptionally smart working dogs. Bali Hai is located at 2230 Shelter Island Dr in San Diego.

Attendees will have a chance to meet the teams, enjoy dinner and wine, and participate in both silent and live auctions. In addition to a week in Hawaii, auction prizes include trips, weekend packages, wine, and other great items. Special games, including K9 bingo, entertainment, and raffles will be part of the fun. Children will no doubt enjoy this event, as they can meet the dogs and their handlers and have their pictures taken with them.

Local printing companies often work with event managers and organizers for events like this in producing promotional materials with flyer, brochure, and banner printing. Banners are frequently used at fundraising events to denote locations, sponsors, and special information. Flyers and brochures are used to promote the event for the purpose of increasing sponsorships and attendance. On most occasions when vendors are involved with an event, business card printing is a frequent order, as vendors like to distribute the cards to encourage future business.

With the event set to take place on October 6, the K9.org website has complete information about the event, as well as ticket purchasing options.
