June 6, 2012 by Mark
Recognized as the first international fashion film festival in North America, the event will once again take place in La Jolla in July at the Museum of Contemporary Art located on Prospect Street from 8:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. each night.
La Jolla, an upscale neighborhood within the San Diego region with fine art galleries, dozens of restaurants, luxury and boutique hotels and some of the nicest beaches in the world, is a popular destination for business and pleasure.
Three screening programs consisting of approximately 20 short films each night will be featured. Fashion film professionals and experts from around the globe are expected to attend this prestigious event. It has been billed as the largest gathering of its type in history and 2012 promises to exceed the attendance of 2011.
Several activities are scheduled in addition to the actual film screenings including seminars, film debuts, networking, parties, panel discussion and deals in the making.
The La Jolla Fashion Film Festival will feature new collections coming into the market as well as introduce new film and fashion entities.
Local print companies are involved in providing the flyer, banner, business card and other print services required to produce an event of this magnitude. Catalog printing is also a significant project within the festival pre-production efforts.
This glamorous event brings fashion experts, well-known personalities and top line film artists together to showcase their talents as well as discuss emerging technology trends related to the fashion film industry.
All access tickets as well as individual screening tickets are on sale at this time. Visit the La Jolla Fashion Film Festival website or call 619-296-1018.
