Two hour Business Workshops Coming Soon
April 25, 2012 by Mark
Courtesy of the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center, San Bernardino business owners and professionals have at least two upcoming workshops to attend that are sure to be practical and informative for all who decide to make an appearance.
The fun and games start April 26th with “Understanding Credit Reports and Scores”. As most current and future small business owners are likely aware, start-ups require a certain amount of funding. So much so that not having enough cash to begin with can be a serious problem even for entrepreneurs who have a sound product to sell.
Over the course of this workshop, individuals with an interest in striking out on their own will be getting a walkthrough on managing personal credit and understanding how different spending habits can impact a credit score. Starting at 6:00 pm and projected to last for about 2 hours, this presentation is one that working professionals can attend as well.
Following this up on May 8th is “The ABC’s of Starting Your Own Business”. Whether looking to offer a good or a service, setting up a company isn’t a simple matter of coming up with a name and taking out ads. During this two hour workshop, attendees are going to learn about how to fund their businesses as well as the information they need to get the ball rolling from a legal perspective as well. Taking place a little earlier in the day with a 10:00 am to noon timeframe, this is another presentation to consider attending.
