Tuscan-style restaurant to make California debut

A popular Italian restaurant chain with operations across the United States has selected a shopping center in the San Bernardino area as the location for its first eatery in California.

In approximately one week’s time, BRIO Tuscan Grille will be making its debut at Rancho Cucamonga‘s Victoria Gardens. Flyer printing is almost undoubtedly on the rise as the new restaurant works to attract patrons to its grand opening.

BRIO offers freshly-prepared dishes from Northern Italy and strives to provide an authentic ambiance. Guests at its Inland Empire location will find themselves in a villa-like setting complete with mosaics, Venetian plaster, and a series of indoor columns. They will have the option of eating in the main dining area, in a private dining room, or outdoors on a terrace.

The menu at BRIO will include a variety of appetizers, entrees, and dessert items. Visitors to the restaurant will have their choice of salads, pastas, wood-grilled steaks, and panini sandwiches. After the main course, they will be able to sample Italian-style cakes and ice creams. Wine and coffee will also be available.

BRIO, which is affiliated with the Ohio-based BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group, already runs nearly 60 restaurants in 20 states. Its Rancho Cucamonga eatery is expected to bring at least 150 employment opportunities to the area.

The restaurant is located at 12370 South Main Street, Suite 1110, and will open on Thursday, October 24 at 11 am and operate daily thereafter. Those interested in making reservations may call (909) 463-1036.
