Power Lunch takes place this Friday
June 20, 2012 by Sarah
As per usual, the Sacramento Metro Chamber has big plans for the coming weeks, with a networking luncheon and two financially-oriented workshops coming up.
The first of these events will be the Power Lunch, taking place this Friday, June 22. Being held from noon until 1:30 pm, this should be fairly easy for business professionals to work their way around. Priced at just $20 for lunch, the beauty of this event is the fact that attendees will have a chance to place their orders ahead of time. Since the Metro Power Lunch is organized with the goal of helping business professionals acquire more contacts, flyer printing and business card printing are two printing services which can be leveraged quite a bit here. The availability of online registration makes it even easier to sign up.
A few weeks later, on July 19, the chamber will be hosting two Business Builder workshops. The first presentation has been entitled “How Do I Finance My Small Business- Meet the Money.” Featuring a full panel of credentialed bankers from within the Metro Sacramento Region, subjects are expected to include loans, venture capital, and even mortgage banking. Starting at 8:00 am, however, attendees will need to wake up a little earlier if they want to be present.
Later the same day, the chamber is holding “Where Business Succession Planning Meets Financial Planning.” Starting at noon, this 90 minute workshop will be addressing the logistics of financial planning as it relates to the sale of a company. Given the subject matter, it cannot to any harm for company decision-makers to keep an eye out for this one as well.
