Drewski’s Hot Rod Kitchen revs up for brick-and-mortar location

Drewski’s Hot Rod Kitchen, currently operated as a food truck owned by Andrew Blaskovich, will soon be rolling in to a brick-and-mortar, full-service restaurant in the Sacramento area.

The new eatery will be located at 5504 Dudley Avenue in McClellan Park, which was formerly the McClellan Air Force Base. Blaskovich announced plans for the restaurant earlier this month and added that he also has a café in the works to be opened soon in Folsom.

As restaurants, stores and other businesses throughout the Sacramento and surrounding area expand or open up new locations, print companies in the area may be used to provide various printing services. Restaurants and others stores may require banner printing for grand opening ceremonies or promotions. Business card printing is also a typical need of new businesses.

Blaskovich said the Drewski’s Hot Rod Kitchen restaurant in McClellan Park will encompass approximately 5,000 square feet and include a patio. He said the Folsom restaurant, which will be located in an office building, will mostly serve those who work in the area. Both restaurants will open in June.

Blaskovich, who runs his own catering business, is also planning to launch another food truck that features an $80,000 state-of-the-art kitchen. He purchased his first food truck from 401 (k) funds he received from the corporate job he previously held. Since that time, he has expanded and created a large following of customers who keep coming back for his grilled sandwiches that feature a variety of unique ingredients, such as mac ‘n’ cheese, pulled pork, or Korean braised beef with Sriracha/wasabi aioli.
