Riverside Chamber to mix things up

August 24, 2012 by

The Riverside Chamber of Commerce is closing out August on a high note with an After Hours Mixer, as well as the next segment of the Business Seminar Series. Between the information provided and the networking opportunity, there can be no question that members of the business community have at least a couple of meet-ups to look forward to.

It all began yesterday, August 23, with the After Hours Mixer. Being hosted at Tangram Interiors on Spruce Street, this was as solid an opportunity as any for Riverside professionals to meet with one another in a fun-filled and relaxed setting. Starting at 5:30 pm and going for a full two hours afterwards, there were undoubtedly a number of quality connections to be made over the course of this one. Put simply, business owners and professionals who are looking to pick up new referrals and leads heading into September stood to gain quite a bit from putting in an appearance here.

This morning, August 24, the Riverside Chamber is holding the next workshop in its Business Seminar Series. Going by the title ‘Marketing on a Shoe-String Budget’, it is clear that, while flyer printing and business card printing may not have been needed per se for this event, the content of this presentation was certainly enough to ensure that local professionals received the information needed for maximizing such printing services during future campaigns.

Having begun fairly early at 7:30 am, this event was clearly planned with the needs of chamber members in mind.
